Orbis Premier - Dual Profile Mortice Lockcases

The Orbis Premier lockcase encompasses all the lockcase requirements of a building in a single lock case package (except sliding door locks). The range includes the following functions:

Latch - for latched doors requiring no security

Sashlock - providing latch and deadbolt which can be operated by cylinder from either side

Deadlock - providing deadbolt locking only operated by cylinder

Bathroom lock - providing latch and deadbolt thrown by thumbturn operation

Nightlatch - for latched doors which can be operated by lever handle from inside and by cylinder from outside. Available with or without the ability to hold back the latch to provide free access

Sliding door lock - incorporating a special hook bolt for use on sliding doors

An integrated series of modular cylinder mortice lockcases for use with either oval or euro profile cylinders designed to meet the requirements of BS EN 12209

• Precision manufactured slimline case with 9 function variants

Fire Door Applications

When used on fire doors, intumescent packs need to be specified
IP L1 - to suit all Orbis Premier European style lockcases

For 30 minute fire door applications specify 1 pack per lockcase.
For 60 minute fire door applications specify 2 packs per lockcase.

Specification advice

Escape sashlocks 11 962 & 11 962R have split followers and require the use of lever handles with split spindles. Please specify fixed rose lever furniture and compatible split follower spindle.

We recommend escape sashlocks locks are operated with single or double cylinders only for optimum operation and not a cylinder & thumbturn.
