Project Management & Scheduling

Having provided guidance in the specification and selection of appropriate products, Laidlaw’s scheduling team will produce fully detailed door-by-door ironmongery schedules along with a full bill of materials. Laidlaw will then project manage the supply of product including the manufacture of special or bespoke items; supply of relevant installation drawings; and, where necessary, certification and delivery schedules.
