Orbis Integra Doorsets - Steel Frames
Orbis Integra frames are precision manufactured in 1.5mm thick rolled mild steel. The single rebate frame profile is available for 100mm, 125mm, 140mm and 165mm stud frame or blockwork walls (see frame details below). Other widths are also available depending on quantities. In all cases the butt jointed frame is supplied in individual parts, head frame section and 2 vertical jambs. Each section is installed separately, the 3 parts clipping together during the installation process. When the 3 parts are in position and aligned true, the assembly is firmly locked into place using the patented clamping mechanism which is concealed inside the jamb frame profiles.
Alternative first fix frames
For use in blockwork walls the Orbis Integra frame may also be supplied with fixings suitable for first fix applications and mortar backfilled.
Fire Rated Frames
The second fix Orbis Integra frame assembly with the patented wall clamps is suitable for use on fire door applications and does not require back-filling.
