Orbis Integra Doorsets - Doors & Finishes

Door finish options
Orbis Integra doorsets are available with veneered doors, laminate doors or with painted doors. In all cases the door is totally factory finished, requiring no further on-site finishing and with non-projecting hardware preinstalled. All doors are prepared for lift-off hinges for quick and accurate installation.

Veneered doors
Orbis Integra veneered doors are finished with Crown Cut Wood Veneer. Crown cut veneers are bookmatched to provide an attractive and carefully balanced pattern across the width of the door. This is achieved by taking successive leaves of veneer and reversing each alternate leaf so as to bring corresponding opposite edges together in a mirrored effect.

Laminate doors
Doors are faced with laminate from the Formica PSM Door Collection Range or wood grain effect range. All doors are hardwood lipped on all edges. Laminate provides an easy to clean and very resistant surface. Orbis Integra laminate doors easily meet the requirements of EN 438 Test method 15 which specifies resistance to staining by 49 substances in everyday use.

Painted doors
All fully factory painted doors provide a more durable and high quality finish than can be achieved on-site. Orbis Integra painted door are available as standard in White, RAL 9010 and are also available in an extended range of RAL colours depending on quantities.
