Our expertise at Laidlaw is to work with the client to determine how the building should operate, allowing free access where it is required for convenience and restricting access to other areas or at certain times.

The importance of the System
Establishing the right system is crucial if the client is to maintain security at all times. The ability to manage security cards, tokens or keys and to quickly and efficiently re-establish security in the event of them being lost
or stolen is a vital factor in the suitability of the solution.
The security or access system can also be incorporated into the wider aspects of the building management system which could include energy efficiency systems in a hotel or library, sports membership or catering facilities in a University for example, where an individual’s access card can be used for additional functions.
